Dr.. Anna Berin, PsyD, LMHC, helps business owners, executive leaders and organizations achieve sustainable growth without sacrificing wellbeing, relationships, or the people responsible for delivering results. Through compelling speaking, strategic consultation, and practical mentorship, she translates nearly two decades of experience in clinical mental health and psychology, leadership, education, and organizational leadership into actionable strategies for building relationally safe, human-centered and inclusive teams.

As founder of Berin Psych, Inc., she equips clinicians, business owners, and organizations to lead with clarity, strengthen boundaries, and create success that lasts.

Her approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. A Belorussian, Jewish immigrant who arrived in the United States as a child refugee, Dr. Anna’s early experiences navigating identity and belonging shaped her commitment to creating spaces where people can thrive. Later, returning to a senior leadership role after maternity leave with two young children brought a defining realization: the demands of her work no longer aligned with the life she wanted to live. She left to build a practice where purpose, people, and financial sustainability could coexist.

Today, Dr. Anna brings that a diverse and multi-factoral perspective to the intersection of entrepreneurship, business ownership and leadership development including executive presence. She speaks and consults on sustainable performance, relational safety, boundaries, burnout prevention, and human-centered leadership, helping audiences and organizations rethink what effective leadership requires.

Dr. Anna’s work offers a practical, deeply human framework for pursuing ambitious goals while preserving the health, trust, and humanity that make meaningful achievement possible.

Being an effective leader requires you to be willing to question an established path when it no longer aligns with your values—even before you know exactly what will replace it.
